How to respond to negative online reviews

Added: March 21, 2014

Allie Danziger Houston-based Integrate Public Relations has a great article in the Houston Business Journal covering how to prepare for and respond to negative online reviews. A few of the tips are just common sense, such as monitoring the review sites and planning ahead. Some will be new concepts for businesses that aren’t heavily invested online yet, such as claiming your business in all your review sites and the suggestion that you not delete a bad review. It’s worth a read.
