Do you have a crisis plan for your social media activities? Vertical Response has a great post that lists some good tips on getting prepared:

  • Of course, the first tip is to “be prepared” — have a plan ready.
  • Respond quickly.
  • Be honest.
  • Take accountability.
  • Don’t feed the trolls… also known as “don’t argue.”
  • Don’t delete comments… at least that’s what they recommend. I do delete comments. So, do as they say, not as I do.
